Holding an extraordinary annual general assembly meeting of Iranian Zarems Toilers

According to the public relations report of Sepehr Tahlehgaran Mining and Mineral Industries Company, the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting of Tahlehgaran Zarams Iranian Company ended on March 29, 2022 at the meeting hall of the company on Saturday 30 July 2022 at 14:00 with the presence of the company's respected shareholders, members Respected Board of Directors of the company, respected members of the Board of Directors of Sepehr Tahalgaran Mining and Mineral Industries Company, respected members of the Board of Directors of Tahalgaran Ekhtaz Padihar Company.
Mr. Dr. Qanbari, the honorable chairman of the board of directors and the chairman of the assembly, started the meeting by announcing the formality of the meeting with the presence of about 80% of the shareholders and introducing the board of directors. As the inspector and legal auditor of the company, the Rules Auditing Institute paid for the reading of the paragraphs of the auditor's report and the financial statements of the company in 1400.
The respected shareholders of the company appreciated and thanked the physical progress of the project, the actions taken, the performance of the board of directors and the management of the company. In the following, Mr. Engineer Mirzaei, the CEO of the company, reports on the performance of the board of directors for the year 1400, including (exploration and extraction, executive operations of the 3000 ton copper cathode factory and processing, follow-up from the relevant organizations regarding the provision of the infrastructure required for the project, including water, electricity, roads provided access to the project) and Mr. Engineer Saeedi, the respected managing director of Sepehr Tahlehgaran Mining Company, presented the future plans and development of the mine in the meeting.
